Movie in the Park: Pixels

When aliens misinterpret video feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war, they attack the Earth in the form of the video games.

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department and Pic Quik Stores present the 2016 Movies in the Park Program. Movies in the Park will begin Saturday, May 7 at 7 p.m., or at dusk with“Inside Out”. Pic Quik Stores presents the movies each Saturday at Young Park, all movies are free.

The movies will all be presented at Young Park, 1905 E. Nevada Ave., each Saturday, with the latest showing of family and kid friendly movies. Bring the family and enjoy an evening of fun.

The Pic Quik Movies in the Park will run from May 7 through September 24:

Make ke sure to bring picnic blankets, lawn chairs, water, flaslights and snacks. Food trucks will be available. To find the location at the park, park in the parking lot and walk west till you see the inflatable movie screen near the soccer fields. This event is subject to cancelation due to bad weather.

Movie at the Park Sponsored by The City of Las Cruces and Pik Quik

The city and Pik Quik is sponcering Movie at the Park this Saturday (May 14)at 7 pm at Young Park (1905 E. Nevada Ave.) Bring picnic blankets, pillows, lawn chairs and snacks. Food trucks will be parked near by. This weeks movie is Jurassic World!

Potluck FHE

We are having a Sping Potluck, Brother and Sister Herrah from the Las Colimas Ward have offered to fry a turkey (thanks to the Otame Family from the Mesilla Valley Ward) and show us how to cook in a Dutch oven! We will meet at their home at 7pm on the 9th. For the potluck we will need sides, vegetables and deserts! Please sign up below and include what dish you will be bringing.
